Welcome to Teekaala. These terms apply to the Teekaala customer app, Teekaala Partner, and Teekaala Rider. By creating an account or using the apps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1 What Teekaala Is

Teekaala is a marketplace that connects customers with independent restaurants and delivery riders in Swat. Restaurants prepare and are responsible for the food, riders carry out deliveries, and Teekaala coordinates ordering, delivery, and payment on delivery.

2 Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep your password safe — you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person and phone number. Customers must be 13 or older, restaurant partners must be legally able to operate a food business, and riders must be 18 or older.

3 Orders And Payment

Prices are set by restaurants. The delivery fee (based on distance) and the platform fee are shown before you place an order. Payment is cash on delivery: pay the rider the exact total shown in the app. A restaurant may reject an order it cannot fulfil; you will be notified. Once food preparation has started, orders generally cannot be cancelled — contact support about problems with an order.

4 For Restaurant Partners

Keep menus, prices, and availability accurate; prepare food safely and in compliance with applicable regulations; and honour accepted orders. Platform fees and per-order charges are shown in your dashboard.

5 For Riders

Deliver orders promptly and safely, be respectful to customers and restaurants, and only mark orders delivered when they are. Your earnings per delivery (the delivery fee minus the platform commission) are shown in the app.

6 Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the platform: no false orders, no harassment or abusive language, no fraudulent activity, no attempts to break or bypass the app's security, and no scraping or copying of platform data.

7 Reviews

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. We may remove content that is abusive, fake, or unlawful.

8 Our Responsibility

Food quality, preparation, and safety are the responsibility of the restaurant. We provide the platform "as is" and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.

9 Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm the platform, its users, or partners. You can stop using Teekaala at any time and ask us to delete your account.

10 Changes And Governing Law

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
